The short version: the calculators work out everything in your browser, and we don’t keep what you type.
What you enter in a calculator
Ages, balances, salaries and every other input stay on your device. The calculation runs in the page itself, so your numbers are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close the page. Nothing is saved between visits, and there are no accounts to sign in to.
The light and dark theme switch is not stored either. The page follows your device’s setting each time you visit.
Analytics
The site has no analytics at the moment: no tracking scripts, no cookies of our own. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, this page will say so first, including what it counts and what it doesn’t.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, under its own privacy policy. We don’t use that information to identify visitors.
Ads, when they are added
There are no ads on the site yet. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technology once ads are added, for example to limit how often an ad is shown or, where the law allows, to show ads based on interests. Before any ad appears, this page will be updated to name the ad partners, explain the choices you have, and describe the consent message visitors in some places will see.
Children
The site is written for adults planning for retirement. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the foot of the page changes too. More about how the site is paid for is on the advertising and affiliate disclosure page.
